Job Description
  • Order Processing/Entry of orders within responsibility, provide Sales Support with customer specific order details.
  • Validate customer sales orders against customer quotes and commitment letters.
  • Process / Enter and troubleshoot EDI orders for assigned customers, with Sales Support.
  • Monitor overall timelines relating to customer sales orders / processing & entry.
  • Process/Enter domestic and direct import customer orders.
  • Become proficient in customer-specific processes.
  • Create and maintain notes related to customer specific processing/entry best practice.
  • Proofreads work entered for accuracy.
  • Help maintain and update daily log of orders received.
  • Order Processing, manual entry as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
  • High school diploma required.
  • One to two years' office experience preferred.
  • 10 key order entry experience required.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in Outlook, basic Excel, Word.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities, multi-task.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Seasonal overtime.
