Forum Health is a nationwide network of medical providers specializing in precision integrative and functional medicine. We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Order Processing and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer orders, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering exceptional service that reflects our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency in our order management system
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, courteous manner
• Resolve product or delivery issues and provide support throughout the customer journey
• Coordinate with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
• Support internal teams with documentation and order-related communication

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service and/or order processing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using computers and order management software
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Associates or Bachelors preferred, but we value relevant experience and practical skills as highly.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Lisle office. However, hybrid work flexibility may be offered after the initial onboarding period, once consistency, reliability, and role proficiency have been demonstrated. This role reports to the Vice President of our dietary supplement division.

Salary: $22 - $24 per hour
