Volt is hiring an Order ManagementSpecialistfor a local company in
Littleton, CO. You will manage customer orders from inquiry to paid invoice, resolve errors in shipping and pricing as well as researching and resolving customer complaints and order issues. Specialists partner with Account Management, internal plant, sales and transportation groups to maximize the sales and profitability of the customer base by offering World Class Customer Service.
- Work with sales as needed to assist in administration of marketing and sales programs Collecting, compiling, and maintaining qualification information.
- Project schedules, deliveries, and work with the transportation team.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce software systems is helpful
- Will be point of contact for clients regarding their order. From P.O. received to invoice, credits and payments.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance.
- Balance multiple tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure we are meeting the needs and demands of internal and external customers.
This is a
Full-Time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Monday- Friday Must be able to work East Coast hours to meet the clients needs. All office hours are 8am-5pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to apply analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Attention to detail and organization skills.
- Have project management experience within the construction industry
- High School/Technical School Diploma with 5 years of experience in a customer-centric position OR a bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in a customer-centric position
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
- Must pass Background and drug screen.
- This position is 100% onsite. No Hybrid schedule offered at this time.
Pay Rate: $25/hr. -$30/hr. DOE The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
