About the Company:
An Order Management Coordinator (OMC) is an administrative position responsible for full-cycle sales order management and high-quality administrative support. OMC's work in collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance for accurate capture and validation of orders. Responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, invoices, and post-sales support. Requires communication with Sales Representatives, vendors, and customers to confirm orders and ensure that customer requests are met accurately and in time for delivery.
Primary Job Duties:
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment, invoicing and post-sales support.
- Purchase order processing and ensuring timely procurement of materials and products.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and invoicing.
- Process return requests, issue RMA's, and provide order status.
- Sales team administration (reporting, reconciliation, and contract compliance).
- Analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
- General administrative duties (phone, filing, mail, and etc.).
Experience:
- Proven experience in order or supply chain management or related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
- Familiarity with purchase order contracts
- Associates degree
