Job Description: The Soccer Factory is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused
Order Fulfillment Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure seamless order processing. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and clubs, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and continued growth. Your ability to anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and coordinate internally will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and offer solutions.
Account Growth & Business Development - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding accounts and driving revenue growth.
Order Fulfillment & Customization - Work closely with clients to understand their unique uniform requirements and preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that align with client specifications.
- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Address and resolve any order-related issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Problem Resolution & Process Improvement - Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve concerns such as quality issues, delivery delays, or billing discrepancies.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent potential problems and improve workflow efficiency.
Reporting & Performance Analysis - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and order statuses.
- Generate reports on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, client retention rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications: - Preferred: Experience in account management, sales, or order fulfillment-preferably in the uniform, apparel, or sportswear industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of uniform products, fabrics, and customization options is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced enviroment
