Job Title: Order Entry Specialist
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Location: Monmouth Junction, NJ
Pay: $28 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage order entries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Export data from SAP into Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Utilize Excel for formatting and organizing data.
- Handle email and phone orders (without direct customer communication).
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Potential use of Salesforce (SF) if required.
Qualifications:
- Previous order entry experience required.
- Must have SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (navigation, formatting, basic data handling).
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- General administrative experience is a plus.
