Garment Printer Ink (GPI Supplies) is a fast-growing, customer-focused company serving the applied graphics and personalization industry. We're looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely order processing across our platforms.
What You'll Do
- Greet walk-in customers and answer phones with a helpful, professional attitude.
- Accurately enter customer orders into our system (Shopify, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping team to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Respond to basic product inquiries and assist with inventory lookups.
- Print shipping labels, invoices, and organize daily order paperwork.
- Keep the front desk organized and stocked with relevant marketing materials.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, retail, or order entry (1+ years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and fast, accurate typing skills.
- Familiarity with shipping software like ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, or FedEx Manager.
- Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, Shopify, and cloud-based systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
