Experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Specialist supporting a large-scale upgrade and enhancement initiative involving OTM version 6.5.3. This role combines technical depth with functional insight to ensure successful system upgrades and custom solution delivery for complex logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end upgrade projects for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) across multiple on-premise environments, targeting version 6.5.3.
- Designing and implementing new OTM functionalities aligned with evolving business models and operational requirements.
- Conducting comprehensive system and regression testing for enhancements, integrations, and performance improvements.
- Collaborating with infrastructure and database teams on schema changes, performance tuning, Middleware configurations, and recovery strategies.
- Developing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL and PL/SQL stored procedures to support robust data operations within OTM.
- Troubleshooting functional and technical issues post-upgrade, ensuring system reliability and business continuity.
- Supporting infrastructure readiness and scalability through performance testing and capacity planning.
- Delivering clear technical documentation and facilitating knowledge transfer to internal teams.
