This role sits within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform team, part of Central Services and Governors DGCIO.

We are seeking a Lead Product Engineer specializing in Oracle Fusion SaaS to drive the design, development, and optimization of our enterprise solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge, ensuring seamless integration, customization, and performance enhancements of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP Financials, HCM, ERP Procurement).

The ideal candidate will work closely with business partners, product managers, and functional teams to understand business processes, define roadmaps, and implement continuous improvements in an evergreen Oracle Cloud environment. They will be the Bank's ERP Financials techno-functional specialist in the design and configuration of Oracle Cloud applications and act as the main interface between the Business Product Owner(s) and our third-party application support team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand enterprise processes and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  5. Shape the product roadmap, exploring new Oracle Cloud features as part of an evergreen solution. Architect and develop custom extensions, integrations, and configurations using Oracle PaaS and Fusion Middleware.
  6. Ensure best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud deployment, security, and performance optimization.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues in Technology and third-party suppliers to align planning and delivery, integrating team efforts.
  8. Champion continuous delivery in software engineering through DevOps practices and industry knowledge.
