Job Title: OracleTechnical Architect
Job Description: The Oracle Technical Architect will manage and deliver medium to high complexity / Cloud Transformation / Multi-Country roll out integration projects. They will play a crucial role in designing architecture for scalability, high-availability, performance, flexibility, operational efficiency, security, and maintainability.The ideal candidate will lead translation of the client's business goals and requirements into system designs, technical configuration and testing of Oracle applications and integrations.
Job Location: Per client requirement and up to 75% travel
Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions
- Review and/or develop integration strategy documents and technical specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solution
- Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure configuration and development activities meet the solution requirements
- Offer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilities
- Use technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovations
- Define solution footprint for prospects, either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessions
- Work with project managers to ensure accurate scoping for timely project delivery - estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plans incorporating all project variables including risk.
- Act as a mentor to Leads and Analysts
- Contribute to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc.
Required Skills- 9-13 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS)
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations.
- HCM domain experience is required
- Anticipate potential challenges and ensure that the Oracle Cloud implementation supports the organization's human capital strategy
- Understands the nuances of HCM critical business processes like payroll, benefits, talent management, and workforce planning
- Must have worked on at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud or Multi-Pillar projects
- Experience designing overall Oracle Cloud solutions including complementary vendors and integrations based on business requirements and impact on boundary systems
- Working knowledge of Cloud Configuration
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Implementation in global environments or international experience
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Nice to Have Skills- Professional Certificates: Agile Leadership Network, Agile Alliance
- Experience with MS Project, Power Point and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or Rally
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or higher is required in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or applicable degree
- Two+ active Oracle Cloud Certifications including Oracle Integration Cloud
- Willing to travel in a 3-4-5 model
