Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect

Job Summary

Client is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to collaborate with the Supply Chain team in defining business requirements, creating solution designs, and configuring Oracle Cloud SCM applications. This role involves system validation, go-live preparation, RFP response, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, hands-on, and proactive in problem-solving, automation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply & Demand applications and industry best practices to deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to design, test, and implement Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
  • Document and present detailed business requirements for approval.
  • Identify and apply innovative solutions to resolve product implementation and integration challenges.
  • Analyze existing systems and data to recognize enhancements or modifications.
  • Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Produce end-user and technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Work directly with Oracle Support to resolve service requests.
  • Lead and direct various phases of the system implementation life cycle, including:
    • Business process workshops and requirement gathering
    • Solution design, configuration, and development
    • Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and UAT
    • Deployment preparation, cutover, and post-production support
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM, including:
    • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture
    • Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM Functional modules
    • Minimum 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
    • Proven ability to manage users, stakeholders, and business requirements
    • Functional expertise in Inventory, Procurement, Cost Management, Order Management, and Pricing
  • Ability to design and implement full SCM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex business processes.
  • Experience leading all project phases, including Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, CRP, and UAT.
  • Hands-on experience in documentation (BRD, MD50, BR100, Test Cases, etc.).
  • Strong client-facing and delivery experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning applications.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC) and other PaaS applications.
  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), PMDM, SDM & CDM cycles.
