Oracle Saas Technical Consultant

Metaformers, Inc. (Meta) is seeking an Oracle SaaS Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud integrations, reports, conversions, and rules development. Key requirements for this role include:

- Minimum 5 years of Oracle SaaS technical development experience, with a focus of at least 3 years on HCM, encompassing report development, integrations, conversions, and fast formulas.

- Experience in a minimum of two full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Strong grasp of data integration options and techniques within Oracle Cloud applications.

- Proficiency in designing, building, and testing Oracle HCM suite integrations and extracts.
- Proficient in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). with hands-on experience deploying multiple integrators, at least three, into Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud.

- Ability to collaborate with functional specialists to create, develop, and test Fast Formulas across relevant Oracle HCM modules.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing custom reports, dashboards, Infolets, and BI Publisher reports.

- Mastery of BI Publisher within Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Strong SQL skills and excellent analytical abilities.

- Proven track record of effective communication at all levels of customer organizations, including executives.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position requires residency and work authorization in the United States. Either full-time employee or long-term contract opportunity for interested qualified candidate.
