FulltimeJob Description: - The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining RMS Systems.
- This role will work with a team developing high-performing, well-tested, and thoughtfully architected software applications that satisfy our internal business needs and power guest experiences.
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering.
Technical Skills & Expertise: - Strong experience working with Oracle Retail products, specifically RMS (Retail Merchandising System), ReSA (Retail Sales Audit) and RPM (Retail Price Management and RIB (Retail Integration Bus).
- Hands-on experience in building scalable technical solutions involving Oracle Retail core modules and integrations.
- Proficiency in Oracle development tools and languages, including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Retail Applications, particularly RMS.
- Familiarity with other Oracle Retail systems, such as Point-of-Sale (POS) or Inventory Management.
- Strong programming skills in modern languages like Java.
- Expertise in Kafka.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong software development fundamentals including automated testing, source control, continuous integration in addition to continuous delivery and/or deployment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
