We are thrilled to announce an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Absence Management and Benefits modules. This role offers the chance to work remotely (excluding California) with a leading financial services client.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will provide functional solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the efficient implementation and support of Oracle HCM applications. Experience with File Feed for Absence Management and Payroll in the Financial Services and/or Insurance industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement functional designs for Oracle HCM modules, focusing on Absence Management and Benefits.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs.
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM applications.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven experience with Oracle HCM, particularly in Absence Management and Benefits modules.
Familiarity with File Feed data structure within Oracle HCM Absence Management.
