We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Lead with expertise in Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Oracle SQL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, PL/SQL, HCM Data Loader, PaaS (VBCS), and OIC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Applications across HCM, Finance, SCM, CX, EPM and Project Service Lines.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Architecture & Design
- Design and architect scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, focusing on conversions, integrations, Extensions, Applications and reports.
- Develop technical design documents, specifications, and architecture diagrams.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in solution development.
Data Conversions
- Lead the development of data conversion strategies and processes.
- Implement data validation and reconciliation procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data conversion issues.
Integrations
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other enterprise systems.
- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other tools for seamless integrations.
- Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Diagnose and resolve integration errors.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop complex reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and developers.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve technical issues.
- Interview and shortlist technical candidates for building team needed for projects.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Implement best practices for performance tuning.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Develop workbooks and internal knowledge-sharing materials.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Applications implementation, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications.
- Expertise in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader, VBCS, and OIC.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Functional Apps (HCM, Finance, SCM, Projects, CX).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, and related APIs.
- Practical experience in integrations using OIC, SOAP, REST, XSD, WSDL, XSLT, and XML-based solutions.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JDeveloper, Oracle APEX, VBCS, Groovy Scripting, and FBDI.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Containers, ADB, ATP, DBCS, and Data Warehousing.
- Knowledge of SDLC best practices, including automated code/configuration deployment.
- Consulting experience working with C-level executives to define technical architectures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Visio, and SharePoint.
