Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Oracle Fusion SCM SME/Architect to join our client's implementation team in
San Jose, CA. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong hands-on experience with
Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will play a key role in user engagement, system testing, support, and go-live readiness.
General Requirements: - Strong technical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (not just EBS)
- Excellent user-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative and patient approach
- Quick learner, especially of client-specific customizations and processes
- Willingness to work with a global team (including Israel), which may require early or late hours
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion roles, permissions, and security models
Responsibilities: - Support and guide users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify, document, and report system issues and enhancement requests
- Open and manage Oracle Support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Conduct retesting after fixes are applied
- Provide integration testing and troubleshooting support
- Assist in preparing and managing test data
- Address user role and permission-related issues
- Support Go-Live activities and provide post-go-live hypercare support
- Opportunity for long-term support and enhancement work
Core SCM Expertise Required: - Well-rounded experience as an SCM Consultant, ideally across full-cycle MRP implementations
- Deep expertise in:
- Procurement and purchasing processes
- Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
- Item Catalog setup and management
- Shipping and Logistics configurations
- Sub-inventories and inventory controls
- Planning and Work Order Definition
- Cycle Count and Inventory Count procedures
- Quality Modules in Oracle Fusion SCM
