Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM- Techno Functional Consultant to implement, support, and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The ideal candidate would have expertise in both Functional (70%) and Technical (30%) aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Performance, Recruitment, and Learning. The role involves collaborating with business users, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver effective HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Performance.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide functional expertise on Oracle Fusion HCM workflows, approvals, and security roles.
- Conduct user training and ensure best practices in system utilization.
- Develop Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.
- Manage data migrations using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).
- Engage with Oracle Support for issue resolution and system enhancements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with a functional background in HR.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM as a Functional or techno-functional consultant.
- Strong knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruitment.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
- Understanding of security roles, workflows, and approval configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferable: to have BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI reports skills.
- Preferable: to have knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
- Desired: Additional language skills such as Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian etc. to promote diversity within the team.
