- 10-12 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Core HR modules.
- In-depth understanding of Core HR processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proven experience in providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Support processes and tools are a plus.
