Aspire is currently looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations and support global transformation initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across enterprise finance operations


Position: Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Lease Accounting, Expense Management, Tax (including Canada-specific tax requirements), Automated Invoice Processing Cloud Service
  • Manage cross-functional business processes involving Finance and SCM modules (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
  • Define and document financial accounting flows, integration touchpoints, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and validate requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions.
  • Coordinate and support third-party integrations into/out of Oracle Fusion Financials using OIC, REST APIs.
  • Provide functional expertise during spin-off projects, ensuring clean separation of financial data and setup.
  • Ensure compliance with localization requirements for US/Canada, including tax, statutory reporting, and audit needs.
  • Support data migration and validation efforts for financial modules.
  • Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end users.
  • Work closely with technical teams to support extensions, reports, and interfaces.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials - GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, and Tax.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, including at least one for Canada and one spin-off project.
  • Understanding of financial flows and their integration with SCM modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Experience with retail industry processes and financial reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party integration coordination.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in working in a global delivery model and coordinating with offshore/onshore teams.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials Certification
  • Exposure to Oracle Retail suite or integrations with Xstore / POS systems
  • Knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View for reporting
