Company Overview
Samay Consulting on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the modular and manufactured housing industry, is strategically expanding their digital capabilities by establishing and growing their Offshore Development Centre in India.
As part of this significant investment in their technology infrastructure, they are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership in designing and implementing critical integration solutions that connect various business applications and support the company's continued growth and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Develop and maintain integration architecture blueprints, standards, and best practices
- Create high-level and detailed design documents for complex integration scenarios
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams implementing OIC solutions
- Evaluate and recommend integration patterns and approaches based on business requirements
- Design scalable, secure, and robust integration solutions between Oracle SaaS and 3rd party applications
- Architect real-time and batch integration solutions with appropriate error handling, auditing, and monitoring capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and integration strategies
- Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural oversight throughout the integration lifecycle
- Establish governance frameworks for integration development and deployment
- Identify opportunities for reusable components and pre-built integration assets
- Ensure integration solutions adhere to security and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration with 4+ years specialized in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Proven experience architecting complex integration solutions using file-based/REST/SOAP adapters
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP schema, SQL, data modeling, and data engineering
- Strong expertise in Oracle Business Intelligence technologies, with specific emphasis on OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) for designing and implementing enterprise reporting solutions
- Experience designing enterprise integration patterns for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Advanced knowledge of integration security patterns, performance optimization, and scalability considerations
- Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing modules
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns specific to manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
- Thorough understanding of OIC components including Mappings, Lookups, Connections, XSLT, Agents, and Packages
- Experience with API management and designing RESTful services
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its integration capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience leading integration teams and providing architectural guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle certifications related to Integration Cloud, SOA, or API Management
- Knowledge of Oracle APEX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) are an added plus
- Experience with complementary Oracle technologies such as API Gateway and Process Automation
- Exposure to other integration platforms for comparative architectural insights
- Experience implementing integration solutions across multiple industries
- Background in solution architecture or enterprise architecture
