Duration: 1 year+ Contract
Location: 100% Remote (EST hours)
Experience: - 10+ years

Required Skills and Experience:

10+ years' experience with Oracle Database Administrator with strong production level experience in supporting Oracle Databases.

3+ years of experience with Exadata Administration
Minimum of 1+ year of experience supporting Exadata in a Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment preferred.
Experience with Oracle RAC 19c and later (Administration/Upgrade/Patching).
Oracle ASM (Administration/Upgrade/Patching).
Disaster Recovery Oracle Data Guard (Administration/Upgrade/Patching).
Oracle Enterprise Monitoring 13C
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Database and Exadata Administration.
Oracle Database Upgrade/Patching
Oracle Database backup and recovery tools (exp/imp, datapump, RMAN etc).
Excellent Database performance tuning skill is desired.
Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.
Provide resolution to an extensive range of complicated data pipeline related problems, proactively and as issues surface. Should be able to go wider across infrastructure, platform, & application domains to resolve issues.
Good understanding of design patterns and architecture of oracle databases.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to be open to discussion of potential options.
Demonstrates solid knowledge of the overall software development life cycle including development, testing and deployment of all application modules
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced development environment
