- Experience supporting an implementation from end-to-end and understanding of how an integration works
- Experience with Oracle ERP or SAP (Oracle ERP preferred)- Financials, Accounting, GL, Payables, Receivables, etc.
- Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA and SharePoint

Day to Day
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join this dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of driving implementations. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. They must be able to stay on top of action items and be flexible to work between multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead and manage Oracle ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals while also supporting legacy SAP platforms. This person will be tasked with working between the two projects and queued up to support where needed.
• Operations Management: Establish and maintain operational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Change and Release Management: Oversee change and release management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Incident Management: Manage incident resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
• Collaboration Tools: Utilize Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint for project documentation, tracking, and collaboration.
• System Integration: Manage and execute system integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Configuration and Integration: Provide expertise in system configuration and integration, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Oracle Financials: Leverage experience with Oracle Financials, including General Ledger (GL), Payables, and other financial modules.
