The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle EBS Forms, Oracle EBS - App Admin, Oracle E Business SCM, and Oracle E Business Fin. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of these technologies to drive impactful solutions that align with our companys goals.

Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EBS solutions to meet business requirements. - Oversee the administration and maintenance of Oracle EBS applications. - Provide technical expertise in Oracle EBS Forms to develop and customize forms as needed. - Ensure the smooth operation of Oracle E Business SCM and Oracle E Business Fin modules. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Develop and enforce best practices for Oracle EBS application development and administration. - Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS applications. - Mentor and guide junior team members in Oracle EBS technologies. - Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features and functionalities to recommend improvements. - Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches. - Ensure compliance with security standards and policies in Oracle EBS environments. - Provide detailed documentation and training to end-users and technical staff. Qualifications Extensive experience in Oracle EBS Forms, demonstrating the ability to develop and customize forms effectively. - Proficient in Oracle EBS - App Admin, with a strong understanding of application administration and maintenance. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle E Business SCM, ensuring seamless supply chain management processes. - Expertise in Oracle E Business Fin, supporting financial operations and reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Commitment to staying updated with the latest Oracle EBS technologies and best practices. - Proven track record of successful Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades. - Strong documentation skills to provide clear and comprehensive technical guidance. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work model. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Commitment to ensuring compliance with security standards and policies in Oracle EBS environments.
