Job Title: Supply Chain Application Lead - Oracle EBS Location: Central Texas (Relocation Available) Clearance Required: None specified Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire Industry: ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Visa Sponsorship: Not offered Urgency: Immediate Need - Client Actively Hiring Position Overview: A Central Texas-based client in the midst of a multi-year Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) transformation initiative is urgently seeking a Supply Chain Application Lead to drive the next phase of their ERP modernization. This hands-on functional leadership role will serve as the key liaison between business and technology teams for supply chain operations and ERP execution. This is a full-time onsite position, and the client is willing to offer relocation assistance for the right candidate outside the Austin area. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate business workshops to gather, assess, and translate functional requirements. Configure and implement Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, including integration with Oracle Financials. Oversee implementation tasks including data migration, testing, go-live, and user training. Define KPIs and business outcomes to measure success and track continuous improvement. Manage release processes from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to change management protocols. Serve as the SME on Oracle EBS for supply chain operations, advising on system optimization and process transformation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Manufacturing, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Provide hands-on support and leadership for onshore and offshore development teams. Proactively communicate project milestones, risks, and change requests with senior leadership. Align Oracle solutions with industry best practices and business process improvement. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of functional Oracle EBS experience (version R12+). Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience with Oracle modules: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash, Inventory, WIP, Cost Management, Manufacturing, ASCP. Experience with 3+ full Oracle EBS implementation cycles. Prior experience with intercompany transaction processes and integrations. Knowledge of supply chain platforms (e.g., i2, Blue Yonder, e2open) is a plus. Proven leadership in ERP transformation, including data analysis, change management, and SDLC methodologies (AIM, Waterfall, Agile). Experience supporting global teams and business process alignment across departments. Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
