Salary: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Implement best practices in Oracle R12 EBS for Financials, focusing on OTC & PTP processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Perform detailed fit-gap analysis and develop solutions tailored to business needs, documenting functional specifications for each project.
- Lead the full lifecycle of system development projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to surpass customer expectations while maintaining Information Security and SOX compliance.
- Offer troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise, address software application issues and drive automation initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
- Create and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure robust application updates and enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to stakeholders to outline challenges and recommend feasible solutions.
Minimum Position Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12.2.9 or higher across key financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Strong foundation in configuration and recent functional work in Oracle EBS including implementation and ongoing support.
- Proven ability to capture detailed requirements, create comprehensive functional specifications, and develop strategic project plans.
- Ability to reside within 60 miles of Reston, VA, or willingness to relocate with assistance provided.
- US Citizenship or Green Card holder is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley processes and controls is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage comprehensive ERP system implementations and upgrades.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, particularly in a cross-functional team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
