Symmetrio is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS ERP Developer to support a large government organization in Philadelphia, PA. This role is focused on implementing Position Control within a large-scale Human Resources Management System (HRMS), helping define organizational structure, improve data accuracy, and enhance financial oversight. The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle EBS HRMS expertise, strong PL/SQL skills, and a proven track record with position control in complex enterprise environments.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative, with a salary range of $120,000 to $130,000. While remote work is supported, preference will be given to candidates located within proximity to the Philadelphia area.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current HRMS and budget data to identify gaps in position control.
- Document existing organizational structures and business processes.
- Develop findings and recommendations to support Position Control implementation.
- Complete gap analyses and identify the number of positions requiring updates.
- Outline system and process requirements to enable Position Control functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies and finalize documentation.
- Present business value, system benefits, and compliance improvements to leadership.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS HRMS and ERP platforms.
- Expertise in PL/SQL and SQL within large, complex HR environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing Position Control for enterprise-scale systems.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with public sector or government clients is highly desirable.
