Job Description

  • Atleast 12+ Years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Module - Must Have Very strong HR Domain knowledge
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM to having an understanding of best practices, what is configuration, customization, delivered. Understanding of Security in Oracle HCM
  • Strong domain knowledge of Core HR Functionality
  • High level understanding of all modules like Recruiting, Talent Management, T&A, Comp, Skills, Learning. Knowledge of OTBI and BIP Reports
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud - to help with best practices
  • Understanding of working with Oracle, on driving creation of SRs
  • Ability to define standards for Process, Data, and Security from the HR Domain
  • Ability to drive architecture and reduce the application and Integration footprint by consolidation
  • Functional skills in Oracle HCM for respective modules (Core HR,Security, Integrations, Reporting, Analytics etc)
  • Create BIP/ OTBI/ FDI reports in Oracle HCM Data Conversion Perform data validation
  • Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion
  • Integrations Experience
  • Provide support in training on all HCM modules
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud (Virtual Machines, Functions, Databases, APIs) - certifications are a plus
  • Informatica ( Cloud Integration Hub , IICS/IDMC)- Good to have
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ( OCI ) ( Preferred but not a must have )
  • Current or recent roles as a Solution Architect
