Job Description: ORACLE BRM SENIOR DEVELOPER (Support)Location: Miami, FL preferred or Dallas, TX (eventually onsite daily; upfront 2-3 x in office a week)OT = 15 hrs per weekStandard laptopBGV fully clearedTop Must Have's:1. Technical expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)2. Problem solving and trouble shooting skills3. Communication and CollaborationOracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) 24x7 Support Engineer key responsibilities:1. Round-the-Clock Monitoring : Continuously monitor the BRM system to detect and address issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime2. Incident Management : Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels, providing timely updates to stakeholders3. System Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and performance tuning to keep the system running smoothly4. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution : Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with other IT teams and vendors as needed5. Data Integrity and Security : Ensure the integrity and security of customer data, implementing necessary measures to protect against data breaches and loss6. Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, system configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity7. User Support and Training : Provide support and training to end-users, helping them navigate and utilize the BRM system effectively8. Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability9. Compliance and Reporting : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare regular reports on system performance and incidents10.
