Compensation & Benefits :
- $130k-$140k base salary, commensurate with experience.
- Performance Bonus: $250 per surgical patient, uncapped earning potential

Qualifications :
- Doctor of Optometry Degree
- Have or willing to get IA license.
- Experience or interest in refractive surgery, ocular diseases, and vision correction.
- Practice offers all versions of vision correction (LASIK, PRK, EVO ICL, RLE, SMILE) and refractive surgery
- Responsibilities: surgical consults, routine eye exams, dry eye treatment, light adjustable lens, comprehensive exams and more.
