Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Compensation: $155,000 minimum base salary +unlimited monthly bonus potential (minimal total annual earnings $179,000 for baseline production)

Qualifications: - Degree: Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
- Licensure : Current CA Optometric License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certifications : Current DEA Certification
