Job Title: Ophthalmology Territory Sales Manager
A fast-growing supplier of ophthalmology products, whose mission is to supply cutting-edge solutions to the UK NHS & Private healthcare market, is seeking to expand its successful sales team. Due to ongoing success and future growth plans, they are looking to hire a new Ophthalmology Territory Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage NHS and Private hospital accounts within an assigned geographic territory (North London, Home Counties, East Anglia).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish effective business growth processes.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows.
- Stay updated with new products, promotions, and other relevant information for customers.
- Grow the existing portfolio, including key customers.
- Work cross-functionally with operations and support teams.
You Will Have:
- Prior experience in surgical settings is essential.
- Ophthalmology nurses or similar professions interested in developing a sales career will be considered.
- Experience with ophthalmology products or products sold into surgical settings is advantageous.
- Proven sales and account management skills within a territory are preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
