Seeking BE/BC Ophthalmologist to join employed practice that is dynamic and collaborative.
- Join very busy hospital-employed practice, with additional ophthalmologist and optometrist, and a wonderful support team of Certified Ophthalmic Assistants
- Competitive based salary with the ability to earn productivity incentive
- Call is 1:4 with minimal call burden
- Assigned OR blocks in a state-of-the-art procedure center to accommodate high volume surgery
Compensation & Benefits: - Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances
- Paid Malpractice - RRMC provides professional liability insurance coverage for Physician, with coverage limits in the amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, RRMC agrees pays the appropriate reporting endorsement, also known as tail coverage
- CME time and expense allowance of $6000 per fiscal year
- Signing bonus
- Relocation expenses
- Educational loan repayment and PSLF eligible employer
- Salary well over the 50th percentile of MGMA
