Ophthalmologist - $550K Base Salary 4-Day Workweek Partnership Track Opportunity
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $550000.00 - $600000.00

An established multi-specialty group in the Midwest is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Ophthalmologist to join their growing team.

Opportunity Highlights

• Join 5 ophthalmologists and 8 ODs plus 170+ additional specialists and referring physicians in this growing multispecialty group

• 4-day workweek with NO call

• $550K starting base salary + $40,000 sign-on bonus, $20,000 relocation assistance, and more.

• One-year track to partnership with income potential of $800K+

• Onsite, group owned outpatient surgery center with state-of-the-art equipment

• Remarkable facility with all you need under one roof-clinic space, outpatient imaging center, retail pharmacy, sleep lab, diabetes management center, physical therapy gym with cardiac rehab, medical spa, and more
