The opportunity:

•This practice offers you a voice and provides you the resources to practice at the top of your license.

•Significant autonomy as you lead one of the six offices in the area.

•Full-service eye care is provided by 8 Ophthalmologists, 11 Optometrist, and full optical services.

•Primary location is adjacent to practice owned surgical center with a staff that is well versed in ophthalmic surgery.

•Extraordinary work/life balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays or nights.

Compensation Details:

•Competitive, base salary with lucrative production bonus year 1 and 2.

•Established and transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings to $700K to $1 Million.

•6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, and more.
