Practice Setting
- Employed position at a private practice with multiple locations (you'll only be at one, not bouncing between sites)
- Outpatient clinic-based setting with a mix of clinic and surgical days
- Payor mix consists of approximately 60% Medicare and 40% Commercial
- General ophthalmology - cataract focus would be great
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM - no nights or weekends.
- Flexible accommodations for a 4.5-day workweek may be available
- Dedicated surgery day - all performed in same building
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary range of $400,000 to $475,000, with bonus potential
