We are looking for a motivated Operations/ Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the restaurant's daily operations, development and implementation of marketing strategies, creating content for promotional materials, researching market trends, and managing social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of operations/digital marketing landscape.

Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.

Assist in the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of the restaurant's employees.

Oversee the attendance system, review payroll for Restaurant Manager's approval.

Assist Restaurant General Manager for the expense reimbursement, invoices and vendor management and handle in a timely manner.

Assist Restaurant General Manager for monthly reports, prepare presentation materials.

Assist in executing marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase sales

Manage social media accounts by posting updates, responding to comments, and promotional events.

Help create promotional materials, such as flyers, menus and digital content.

Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and food reviewers to enhance brand visibility.

Assist in organizing special events, discounts, or loyalty programs.

Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements based on insights.

Collaborate with Regional Manager, Restaurant Manager on upcoming projects, including overarching content strategy and administrative tasks.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree in marketing/communications or related field with 3 years operation/marketing experience

Ability to multi-tasks, detail-oriented and a good team player

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems and social media platforms

Fluent in Mandarin and English
