GCyber is seeking an Operations Voice Manager, to support a high profile DISA customer. As an Operations Voice Manager, you will ensure the seamless delivery of voice services, including VoIP and Telecomm, within a high-security environment. As an Operations Voice Manager, you will: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of voice communication systems, including VoIP and telecom, ensuring high availability and performance. Lead and mentor a team of voice communications professionals, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic plans for scalable, resilient, and secure voice communication infrastructure. Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize impact on operations and service quality Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with security standards, including TS and SCI requirements. Manage vendor relationships, monitor system performance, and drive continuous improvement through industry best practices and innovation. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field 10+ years if experience in voice communication operations, with a focus on VoIP and Telecomm technologies within a DoD environment Security+ Certification
