Position Overview:

Manage service quality provided for Internal and External customers. Process commercial deposits delivered via armored car accurately. Balance total cash on hand daily. Prioritize work processed to maximize the amount of currency that can be passed through the vault each day. Sell currency & coin to the Federal Reserve teller. Ensure all deadlines are met. Balance, strap, and bundle currency inventory daily. Follow all department policies, procedures, and control teller losses. Maintain Epic Performance Standards. Report all teller activity on the Epic Performance tracking report. Use reports generated to keep within goals set for PEG and cash on hand totals. Maintain ICM Cash Target Goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Working knowledge of standard PC application software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows)
  • Working knowledge of banking equipment - calculator, Glory VAS Comp u Order System, GRF100 currency counter, High speed currency sorter, and Cummings Jet Coin Sorter preferred.
  • Knowledge of bank transactions (debits and credits)
  • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Security minded
  • Ability to monitor several tasks at one time
  • Positive work ethics
  • Willingness to handle other work assignments as assigned
  • Ability to work in a highly secured area working under constant surveillance

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday / 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
