The Operations Trainer is responsible for onboarding and developing employees through comprehensive training programs across all shifts and temperature zones. This role ensures that new hires, transfers, and colleagues requiring additional support receive the instruction needed to perform safely, efficiently, and effectively. Training is delivered through a combination of classroom sessions and hands-on learning experiences. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions for new hires and transfers, providing targeted retraining for colleagues who need additional support, developing and implementing instructional strategies, assessing trainees' progress, maintaining accurate records of training activities, collaborating with leadership to refine training programs, and analyzing training challenges.
