Technical Support Intern for a
part-time onsite contract role. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to break into IT support, with hands-on exposure to ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and hardware logistics. This role is onsite, Monday-Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and pays $18-$20/hour depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience• 1+ year of customer service experience (help desk or tech support preferred)
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools
• High school diploma or higher
Desired Skills & Experience• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar platforms
• Experience with shipping/receiving or inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
