Job Title: Operations Support - Fixed Income Cash Client Service Representative
Location: 1300 Thames Street, Harbor Point Phase I, Baltimore, MD 21230
Set Up: Training Onsite After-training Hybrid, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Pay Rate: $21.34 per Hour
Contract Length: 12 months Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE based on Performance, Attendance and Business Need
Benefits: Paid Weekly, Health, Dental & Vision Benefits Available.
Target Start Date: upon completion of new hire onboarding.

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Fixed Income Cash Client Service Representative to join our Client Service Group (CSG) within Global Securities Operations.
  • This role supports the cash Fixed Income business for institutional clients across all products and markets.
  • As a client-facing role within Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service throughout the full trade life cycle, from post-execution to settlement.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-risk environment, responding rapidly to client needs and evolving industry developments.
Responsibilities
  • Daily Processing & Risk Management: Ensure smooth execution of client transactions, including onboarding, account opening, trade allocation, confirmation processing, and settlement while mitigating risks to both the firm and the client.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with middle/back office client teams, providing top-tier support and ensuring service levels are met.
  • Technical & Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Fixed Income products and processes, allowing you to provide strategic support and problem resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key contact for Sales, Trading, Trade Support, and Settlements, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify and implement efficiency enhancements, contributing to projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in client service, operations, or financial services with exposure to Fixed Income products preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle high-risk transactions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in trade processing systems and familiarity with regulatory requirements is a plus.
Education and Other Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years experience in financial services or technology
