We are looking for a Part-Time Operations Support Assistant to provide essential support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and other departments as needed. This position will focus primarily on assisting with commission payments, managing property listings, and handling a variety of office wide tasks. You will also play a key role in supporting special projects and events and acting as a liaison between executives and other teams. If you're a highly organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Commission Payments:
• Assist with processing commission payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of commission transactions. Property Listings Assistance:
• Assist with managing and updating property listings ensuring accuracy. General Office Support:
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages or addressing inquiries as appropriate.
• Handle in-person payments when necessary. Liaison & Team Support:
• Act as a liaison between the executives and other departments, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Provide general support as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and assisting with department-specific tasks. Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to assist with a wide range of tasks as needed.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly
