Operations Support Admin

Insight Global is in search of an Operations Support Specialist. They provide technical and administrative support for the company's day-to-day operations. They troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure that systems and processes run smoothly.

They will have responsibilities troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and processes, and providing administrative support.

Some additional tasks are listed below:
- new hire paperwork
- IT requests
- pulling jobs from VZ systems
- making updates in our project management software
- operating the front desk
- open to learning CAD software to assist with permitting
