Operations: • Responsible for the oversight of administrative operations, human resource Management (tracking periodic evaluations, review and approval of weekly schedules).
• Weekly tracking of cafe net sales, COG orders, labor, Surveys.
• Assists with daily cafe operations when scheduled duties as crew member or crew lead (prepping product, making food and smoothies, cleanliness and serving customers).
• Responsible for conducting weekly cafe inventories and monthly compliance checks.
- Successfully complete and remain up to date on Blend Training
- (Tracks cafe training program monthly.
• Responsible for tracking periodic equipment service and maintenance.
• Assists cafes, in interviewing, hiring, and training new crew leaders and
members, to ensure that the cafe is staffed at the appropriate level.
• Interacts with crew members, customers and vendors having energy and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Coordinate, schedule and execute off site sale events.
- Knowledgeable and proficient enough in each position within the cafe, to coach work ethic and excellence.
- Familiarity and understanding of the Crew Member Handbook, Crew Leader Guidebook and Manager Guidebook.
• Ensures that all safety and security policies are being followed as set by the brand during cafe visits.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to assist in the smooth operation of cafes. Including covering for crew leader call outs.
