Job Description:
Responsible for assisting with support of academic technologies
and platforms including ongoing development, testing, maintenance, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting. Requires ability to exercise honest, consistent, and exercise sound judgment in a support capacity. This person will assist the Online Learning Technologies Manager through identification, assessment, and communication of trends in learning technologies and related markets to align with department goals and objectives. The employee is expected to work in a multi-cultural, diverse working environment.
Must Haves:
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) such as D2L, Canvas, or Blackboard
- Expertise using HTML and JavaScript
- Tier 1 end user support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems
- Experience in a high volume environment
- Team Dynamix experience
