We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Operations Shift Leader, NB to join our Tishomingo Gaming Operations team located at the Tishomingo Gaming working .
Summary:
Responsible for all gaming prize payout transactions during designated shift. Ensures compliance issues are met with all gaming regulations and internal policies and procedures are being followed.
Responsibilities:
Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made
Greets and engages with a smile
Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes
Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment
Maintains and promotes professionalism
Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
Cleans assigned area
Cleans and sweeps floors
Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
May empty ash trays
Disposes of trash
May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
Answers basic customer questions concerning gaming machines based on basic understanding of payout and machine operations
Initiates minor machine repair and maintenance such as changing paper in gaming machines, bill acceptor cleaning, ticket replacement, cabinet cleaning, etc.
Hourly jackpot and taxable prizes reports, including W2-G, 1099, Title 31 Multiple Transaction Logs and other gaming activity logs for jackpots, machine issues, traffic flow, etc.
Assists with orientation, special activities and training on specific procedures, tasks or equipment
Ensures all audits, reports and other operational communications are accurate and timely
Completes a variety of standard and ad hoc reports as required
Assists staff with accomplishing goals
Ensures staff stays in assigned areas
Investigates and resolves discrepancies
Resolves minor employee concerns
Communicates area performance and operational information to line of support
Approves/denies time off requests
Performs all other duties as assigned
