About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented, relationship-driven Operations & Advisor/Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our plan sponsor clients, individual investors, and advisor partners-ensuring operational accuracy and delivering a high-quality, service-focused experience. This position blends hands-on operations with client and advisor engagement, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive communication style.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day servicing of retirement plans and individual accounts
- Manage operational workflows with custodians, recordkeepers, and third-party vendors
- Respond to client and advisor inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally
- Maintain internal systems (CRM, project management tools) and ensure data accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Assist with compliance, documentation, and adherence to internal best practices
Qualifications
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with retirement plan operations and industry platforms is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and workflow tools; tech-savvy and adaptable
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional client service
What We Offer
- Base salary range: $70,000-$90,000, depending on licensing and industry experience
