Production Technician

Location: Concord, Massachusetts
Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday, 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM (occasional overtime)
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble various sub-systems and components by hand with a focus on quality and precision

• Operate electrolyzer baths to plate screens

• Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions

• Use manual and power tools for assembly and validation tasks

• Operate material handling equipment (certification/training provided)

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with systems and components during the manufacturing process

• Maintain compliance with OSHA and all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations

• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors

• Accurately complete manufacturing documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing assembly

• High degree of manual dexterity

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand for long periods

• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to production demands

• Ability to use computers and follow digital documentation

• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset

• Team-oriented with good communication skills

• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Vocational training or technical education preferred
