Affinity Health Services is seeking an OPERATIONS NURSE CONSULTANT .
Candidates must be Registered Nurses (RN) with 5-10 years of verified experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a skilled nursing environment is highly desirable.
DETAILS OF THE OPERATIONS NURSE CONSULTANT ROLE:
This FULL-TIME position is EXEMPT and includes the opportunity for a mix of TRAVEL and HOME OFFICE work. Regular travel throughout PA and neighboring states is required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Required of the OPERATIONS NURSE CONSULTANT:
The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN), BSN preferred, and licensed in the state of PA as a Skilled Nursing Administrator (NHA.) The candidate must be knowledgeable in skilled nursing and personal care home regulations. Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Director of Nursing, or RNAC is a definite plus.
