As an Operations Manager, you'll own the data engine that powers our AI applications, ensuring timely, high-quality data delivery directly impacting real-world outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end data annotation workflows across diverse data types, including imagery and video, to support high-impact machine learning projects. Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new technologies, refining processes, and analyzing systems to boost data quality and model performance. Design and implement scalable operational strategies rooted in data and aligned with key business objectives. Champion cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, analytics, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and measurable project success. Engage directly with Public-Sector clients, providing strategic guidance and influencing outcomes that align with their mission and goals. Candidate must have: Secret security clearance required 3+ years of experience in the military, federal government, or a relevant private sector role (e.g., tech, consulting, operations, or systems integration). Strong analytical and automation-first mindset, with the ability to leverage data to build scalable, metrics-driven workflows and integrations. Thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing precision with agility. Proficiency in SQL and understanding of statistical analysis techniques to drive data-informed decisions. Proven collaborator with experience working across engineering, product, and operations teams. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. Genuine interest in machine learning and a passion for supporting impactful government-focused AI initiatives. Willingness to work onsite in a secure facility up to four days per week. Nice to have: Top Secret security clearance preferred MBA or technical background in computer science, economics, statistics, operations research, or engineering, through education or hands-on experience. Experience with process improvement frameworks, such as Six Sigma or the Toyota Production System, to optimize operational performance. Understanding of contract management, including cost, schedule, and performance tracking. Strong written communication skills, with experience creating content for academic, professional, or public audiences (e.g., reports, publications, blog posts).
